本片内容为2008年出现在电视里和网络上的各种各样人和事的各种各样的表现、表演，以及就此而来各种各样的报道、 评论、描述、专题等等。其实这些事情就发生在每个人的身边，所以每个人也会有自己的看法、观点和评判。
2008年已经过去了，可那些曾经发生过的事情依然在上演，所以似乎每个新的一天都是昨天，从这一点来说“2008年”似乎总也过不完。

This film is a collection of various activities and performances of all kinds of people, as well as all sorts of reports, comments, descriptions, and topics following. These are happened right beside us, thus everybody will hold their own attitudes, viewpoints and judgments.

The year of 2008 has already gone, but the issues above are still repeating. Therefore, it appears that every new day is just yesterday. From this point of view, it seems that the year 2008 will never come to an end.

本片素材一部分来源于电视，还有一部分来源于网络。
来自于电视的部分虽然信息量很大，但可信度不高，不过想象空间倒是不小。来自于网络的部分有些很可信，有些也还是不可信，不过这种可信与否就完全来自每个人自己的判断了。
本片素材搜集于2008年，这一年与之前和之后大多数的日子相差无几， 因为之前折腾不断，之后折腾依旧。
这个片子的目的就是想从谎话里来找几句实话而已。

Some of the materials in the film are captured from TV, while others are from internet.

The TV captures are highly informative, whereas they are lack of reliability. However, we’ve got a broad space for imagination in them. The online videos are partly reliable, people have to judge by themselves.

The materials are collected in 2008; there’s no different from other years, since the state of “zheteng” had been lasted for a long time before and never ended.

My purpose in this film is simply to glean some truth from lies.
