2001年毕业于北京广播学院；2001-2005年新华社广东分社记者；2005-2008年北京电影学院导演系硕士研究生。 The director graduated from Beijing Broadcasting College (now called Communication University of China) in 2001. During 2001-2005, he worked as a journalist in Guangdong Branch of Xinhua News Agency. During 2005-2008, he was a postgraduate studying in the Directing Department of Beijing Film Academy.
