由新闻局所举办的台湾国际影视创投会至今年已然进入第三年，创投会主要功能是要协助国内外电影、电视界的导演及制片们能成功地完成他们手中正在进行的电视或电影的拍摄计划。除了新闻局提供的奖金以外，创投会本身也扮演导演/制片与片商、剧院等相关投资对象之间的平台，为彼此寻找合作的机会。

目前2007年的计划征件已于9月15日开跑，截止日为10月20日23:59pm之前，欢迎所有国内外电视、电影从业人员投递任何制作阶段中、已有指定的导演╱或制片人的电影或电视计划，前来角逐高额奖金，让我们一同落实创作发行电视、电影作品的梦想。

If your TV or film shooting process comes to halt due to the lack of enough money but it is just almost one step away from completion, 2007 Taiwan Film & TV Project Promotion will be the best platform from which you may find the source of capital.

Taiwan TV & Film Project Promotion n organized by Taiwan Government Information Office has come to the third edition this year.  Taiwan TV & Film Project Promotion is aimed at assist foreign and local TV/Film directors or producers to achieve the completion of their TV/Film projects ongoing.  In addition to the prize granted by Taiwan Government Information Office, Taiwan TV & Film Project Promotion also serves as the intermediate platform between directors/producers and investors such as film distributors and cinemas, so as to help them seek for the chances of cooperation among these two sides.  The open call for 2007 Taiwan Film & TV Project Promotion has started from September 15, 2007, and will be due at 23:59pm on October 20, 2007.  Your TV/Film project could be in all stages of production but should already have a selected director/producer.  This event is open to all TV/Film practitioners, abroad and local.  Moreover, high-value prizes will be awarded to the winners and be a boost to help your dream come true!
