The Book
“The Sixth Sense” meets “The Spiral Staircase” in this psychological thriller about six characters that team together to investigate the disturbing paranormal events happening at an isolated, English, cliff-top, house.
Julia, a lonely thirty-something American novelist, who is writing her latest novel, whilst on vacation in the UK, invites a team of local paranormal investigators to her house when strange activity is happening. As the investigation proceeds, one of the team makes a terrifying discovery when he reads Julia’s novel. The six people he thought were his friends are in fact mythical characters, including himself! Julia has somehow brought them to life in her book! They are ghosts of the people who once lived at the house. Out of Julia’s control, the characters she has created start to evolve with disturbing consequences!
In a cliff-top finale Julia discovers a secret so frightening it will change her life forever...
