Any theme related to global environmental issues is acceptable.
任何环境有关的影片都可以报名
环境单元
Entrants must live in Asia, Oceania or Polynesia.
报名者必须是住在亚洲，大洋洲，波利尼西亚（中太平洋的岛群）

儿童单元
Entry films must have been created for children.
Entrants from any country in any region are accepted.
本单元的影片必须是为儿童创作的，任何国家和地区的影片都可以报名
*Entrants may submit entries to both categories.
影片可以同时报名上面两个单元
+++-----[How to Apply]-----+++
Submit the DVD along with an entry form (You can download it from our
website and fill out the form) in a CD and its print-outs, two copies of the script with complete dialogue and narration of the film (in English or Japanese) and still pictures　of at least two different scenes from the
entry film.　(Please read regulations for detailed information about entry)
