He looks ahead to find out what needs to be done to save Planet Earth from the worst impact of global warming and discovers what could happen to the planet once a 'tipping point' of carbon emissions is reached. He also discusses the solutions we can all adopt to prevent catastrophic change.
Jeremy Bristow is a producer director with a background in BBC Current Affairs and journalism. For the past twelve years he has been specialising in environmental documentaries. Some of these films have taken the form of long term investigations and undercover filming. Other films have explored the culture and attitudes to animals and their environment in situations where they are threatened. Many of his films have been responsible for creating public debate and awareness of some of the major issues facing mankind and the planet today. These include global warming, farming, nuclear pollution, deforestation, fishing and the potential extinction of the tiger, the great apes and the polar bear. Jeremy's films have won numerous major international awards in Britain, the United States, Brazil, China and Japan.
